Universal reservation window

Does anyone happen to know how far out you can make dining reservations? I've been trying for our December trip but it says we exceed the advance window and I was wondering when I can be prepared to book.

Depends on the restaurant..Varies from 30-90 days. Universal doesn't own all of the dining venues so it varies
