i just thought i would post this here, instead of on the universal thread,to get some advice.
we have been to orlando 4 times, but have never been to universal.we are not going until oct 25th 2010.on the universal page, they are advertising,a consecutive 7 day,2 park pass for $99.
is this a good deal? it says you can buy now & use it anytime,no matter when, your next visit is.do you think, this will stretch to next year?
the reason,i am so far ahead of myself is,we are hoping to buy a house next year, but don't want to forego my holiday,so the more i can get paid off, this year, the better.
i have just booked, our townhouse in windsor hills & we have some disney days, left on old tickets, which will also help.
i hope someone, who has been to universal, will let me know,if it is worth getting these tickets,or not.
thanks in advance

We bought these tickets last year after just missing the lower price that Dreams were offering. The previous price had never been offered before and who knows if it will be again, but I feel that 99 dollars for the 2 parks/7 days is still excellent :thumbsup2 . In fact, the price will I feel surely go up by the time you get there, due to the opening of the new Harry Potter land. You can save some money buy doing the electric printout then picking up your tickets from one of the machines at the enterance. We did this in December and it worked perfectly.

Think Virgin are doing 2 Park/14 day tickets at the moment for £70, plus I have heard you can get an extra 5% if you have Flying Club membership? Also some extra cashback if you buy through Quidco! :thumbsup2
