We will be dropping our teenage kids off in the am for the opening day of HP and will be coming back in the afternoon, will we have to pay to park both times?

If you're just going to be dropping off...use the Guest Drop-Off area and you won't have to pay until you return in the afternoon. But if you wanted to park in the garage, just keep your receipt from the morning and show it again when you return that afternoon.
