Universal outlet in Belz

One of our many traditions on our Disney trips was always to stop at Belz on the way into town to pick up souvenirs. I just went to the Belz outlet and it lists a Universal Studios outlet. Has anyone been that could give me some information? Can I assume I'll find the same sort of deals that I always find at the Disney outlets?

I usually go about once a month and they have great deals, everything in the store is 50% off.
