universal or disney first days?

We are going in June, we will be arriving on a Friday evening--so need to figure out what to do first. I do not want to waste a day on Friday so we will probably find something free to do but Saturday and Sunday which park should we go to...I know that Magic Kingdom is probably crowded on the weekend. Any help would be appreciated.

When we go to US & IOA we stay on site so we can utilize front of the line pass. We either go for 2 days prior to staying at WDW or add on two days following our WDW stay. HTHs
