Universal on Thurs or Fri in June

Me and DH just booked a trip to Disney for our anniversary in June. We are going to do a day at Universal while there. We did go in June back in 2008 and it wasn't too busy but I can't remember what day it was. We are trying to decide between either Thurs June 10th or Fri June 11th. With the way I want the rest of the week Friday works much better for it but DH is worried it will be a lot busier. If we go Thurs we also prob will be there 2 hours after opening not right at opening. On Fri we would be there at opening.

So how busy is Fri in comparison to Thurs at that time of year?

Nobody can answer that question accurately anymore because the dynamics have totally changed since last year thanks to the new Harry Potter area. Even though WWOHP is in Islands of Adventure the hope is that US will also be crowded due to families showing up for multiple day vacations. At this time how much crowd levels will change is anybody's guess.

Yup...Once WWoHP opens you can throw out ALL past experiences with crowds as they won't matter any longer and can not be compared.
