I just saw a commercial on TV for Universal and the new Mummy ride - I am in Montana! That is a little unusual for up here....we don't see too many theme park commercials.

I saw a mummy commercial last night and tonight during Law and Order. This time next week I will be able to tell you all about my personal experience!

I'll ride the hulk, dragons, & Dr. Doom like a champ...and then act like a little sally girl during a movie...nice....

Don't worry about the spiders on Shrek! It is just air that blows on your legs from under your seat! The mummy ride is great but a little short!

I have seen the commerical again....they have a longer version and a shorter version. I think that ad is GREAT! I wish they would advertise more often at the ends of the Earth up here!!

Is there any part in the Mumy ride with bugs/scarabs? I didn't like the looks of the commercial having all those bugs.

There is a part where the scarabs infest by the thousands in hopes of getting into your railcar....

I'm being serious. They pour out of the walls and everything.

But if any were to drop in your railcar, then you should scream.

Well I hope they don't come into the railcar as I hate bugs. I ran out of Tough to be a Bug at WDW screaming....

However, the bugs won't stop me from trying the Mummy...I just may need to close my eyes for a while. The ride looks to good to pass on.

Only for a few seconds-they start after the hard stop and end on the backwards drop.

Wow! You know, I was at the very back of the ride and it was going so fast. I remember the backwards drop and everything...but I really don't remember any bugs. So, if there are some, they must not be too bad.
