Universal meet and greet question?

We are booked for the meet and greet for our upcoming universal trip labor day weekend!!! Can anyone tell me of their experiences with this service? How long does it take to get from the airport to the RPH? Do you usually share a ride with another guest? TIA!!!!!!

On the "meet and greet" service the company you book with will usually, I say usually because some companies are trying to shortcut the precedure by telling you to go down to the commercial lane and call their number to be picked up at a certain spot, meet you as you come down the escalator to the baggage floor. The rep will be carrying a sign with your name on it. He will help you with your luggage, take you downstairs to the correct spot number he can pick you up and go get his car. It may take from a minute to 10 minutes depending on where he parks his car. When he pulls up he will load you and you will be on your way to Universal.

Usually your group will be the only ones that occupy the car. Again, I say usually because again some drivers are trying to short cut the procedure and try to load another family with you. If you get this type of company I would report them on these boards so everyone else who wants to use that company will be aware of the company's policies.
