Doing some last minute research today, I realized that UO has a meal plan option for their parks. Do you think the meal plan is worth it? Are drinks included? For some background, it's just me and DBF (20 years old and both of us can eat like horses). It's a choice between the express pass and the meal plan for us. Which would you take?

Thank you!

Fortunately we have both (we're staying onsite). The Meal Plan is a huge money saver for me and my family (3 children). We eat all day long as much as we want. It does not include drinks but we do purchase the 2 refillable mugs and share throughout the day.

The express passes are invaluable especially this time of the year with the heat and humiditity. So the answer to your question is: if your looking to save money on food go with the meal plan, if your looking to get through the parks as quickly as you can get the express passes. The answer lies with what's most important to the 2 of you. Just an fyi, the quality of the food is average but let's face it, it's not about taste its about volume.

It's been a few years (2007), but, we did the meal plan the last time we went and we thought the food that we were able to get on the plan was HORRIBLE! Now, that was after a week at WDW, so, that may have had something to do with it. We had a refillable drink, too, but I think it was a separate charge.
