universal meal deals

Im not sure if this thread has already been started, if so, im sorry...Please move to appropriate thread. I have a question about (1)"meal and movie", (2)"meal and putt putt", (3)"daily meal deal add on, including drink add on", and (4) gluten free menus
(1)...meal and movie deal.... does this seem to be a good deal? Are all movies included in the deal? What restaurants are allowed with the deal?
(2)...meal and putt putt.... does this add up to a deal? What are restrictions on putt putt times, etc... or are there any? And are same restaurants included in this deal as the "meal and movie"?
(3)...meal deal add ons....What restaurants are included in this plan? What are the restrictions? Drink add on.... how large is the souvenir cup? ( my family doesn't like carrying things while in the park....so guess who gets to carry all the items yep, me (mom)
(4)...gluten free menus....Do all USO( IoA ,US, and city walk) offer gluten free options and/or menus?
