Universal Meal Deal

Anyone done the meal deal at Universal Studios/IOA? Did it seem good value, anything you didnt like about doing it?
Do you know if the cup is valid for both parks?

We did the meal deal this summer. It was worth it for food. But the desserts were two choices of bundt cake and they were aweful imho.

It's a good deal!! But it's limited to certain shops, at IOA: Circus Mcgurkus, Burger digs, comic cafe, and Capt. America diner. Universal: Mel's diner, Loiue's Italian, and the world cafe. Your choices are pretty much burgers, chicken (both fried and fingers) fish & fries, salads, and pizza, dessert are just cookies, jello, or cake

P.S. if you get the 2 park cup it's good at both

Anyone know how the kids meal works?

I know the kids have to order off the kids menu, but I don't see a kids menu for Mel’s Drive-In, Louie's Italian Restaurant or Monster's Cafe.
