Universal/IoA

Helenabear and I are thinking of going to Universal/IoA on the 4th. We would be leaving about 7:30-8:00 AM (parks open at 9 AM) and returning mid afternoon (3-4 PM) so we can make Rose & Crown. Anyone else interested? Also, I do have a car.

That's the morning that Barb and I are hosting a DIScon newbie mini-meet. I haven't been to Universal since the year that the original park opened. Perhaps I'll tag along next time.

You might want to relook at the Itinerary, There is some things planned on sunday now.(By the way..I have moved the Itinerary to a different server now, because I have been unable to access them on my other server, to delete the old stuff. If you have the old server bookmarked please change it, as the stuff up there is old)


I would love to do IOA....but I probably won't be able to do it this year. Since I will be renewing my AP, I am going to stick to the Disney parks to save me some money.

I would love to see IOA, but this is the first official day of convention, fishing, meeting up with friends, helping with registration, dw flying in, mini meets and official stuff that night. May be another time.

Wish I could slip in a few hours over at IoA/US but, I have to switch resorts that day so, I need to stay on property.

I really want to do this but sadly I also really want to be around for registration and other events etc.

So I'm thinking about doing IoA/Universal on Thursday 12th maybe, it's sooo hard to fit everything in

I don't want to miss any of the official stuff. I have registration, and the Rose and Crown mini meet with my riddle buddies, then the opening reception and Jellyrolls that night...I have never done IOA, wish I could, but I will have to take a raincheck...can't miss the opening

Correct me if I'm wrong (wouldn't be the first time), but if the weather is crummy on Dec. 2 we're not going to Blizzard Beach. We might be going to Universal/IOA then. Is that right? I would love to fit this in. I have an AP now and would love to get some use out of it.

Dan, I'm sorry that I can't make it December 4th either. That's a great idea Barb. I know that Patinmn had tought about doing DisneyQuest if it rained. But if it was just to cold to swim, maybe we could do the IOA thing.

Dan, I'll be going to tammyh-oregon and disneycub's Newbie breakfast at 9:00 A.M. that morning, and then register dor DIS-CON-II at 11:00 A.M..

Dan, I would love to do this with you, and Helenabear and all DISers some other time.

I would of loved to of come with you both as i love IOA. I think i may pop over there on my own on the 7th as after the KK meet im free until the group dinner. I was planning on spending the day by the pool, but this sounds much nicer. Sorry i cant make it when you will be there.
