We are going to Universal Studios Orlando the last week of Nov till Dec 3. I was wondering if they decorate the parks for the Christmas Season. I was at disney and if its anything close I will be very happy.
Grinchmas is the IOA event, USF doesn't really have anything special. Grinchmas includes a meet n greet Grinch Lair, a children's ice slide, a "snow" playground, decorations, fake snow, characters, Who-Christmas Tree, and shows throughout the day.
There will be quite a bit new for Christmas this year. Of course, Grinchmas returns to IOA. New at USF, will be the Macy's Christmas (there's a new Macy's opening down the street). It will include decorations, as well as a Macy's Christmas parade with the traditional balloons. I believe it starts the first weekend in December, then runs daily from the second weekend of the month through early January.
All new to Citywalk, will be "Christmas in the City". No specific details yet, but it sounds like it will be all done up for the holidays.
