I'm going to be taking a trip to universal with a friend, but has recently found out she will be in a cast or boot. We are planning on renting a wheelchair.

However, I was wondering if anyone had any insight on whether she would be able to ride Gringotts due to the mechanism on the vehicle with the legs. Of course we will check out the test vehicle when we get there, but just wanted to see if there may be an absolute no before we get our hopes up.

Suggest you email Guest services for more details on loading a person on this ride that needs assistance

They would be able to let you know in advance before you leave on your trip

The last row in the ride vehicle has more leg room which may help a person in a cast or boot

We did Gringotts in January when I was in a walking boot. Actually, I was able to do everything at IoA and US with no problem. The cast members noticed my boot or I told them and they seated me where it would be safest for me and other guests (usually, the leg I had that was booted was on the end of the row).

You'll have no problems.
