Universal in 1 Day???

Hello,

I haven't been to Universal in about 7 years & was thinking of going for the day this coming Sunday. I was planning on doing the 1 day park-to-park ticket with unlimited express.

My biggest concern is that I won't have enough time to fit everything in. Do you think it can be done or should i get a 2 day?

Also, could I upgrade my ticket to a 2 day (and just pay the difference in cost) on sunday if I feel I need more time?

You could do both parks but you will miss some and be rushed. Yes you can upgrade if needed and pay the difference.

I was planning on visiting myself in Sept. and did a lot of research. If you have the unlimited pass, you can do it in one day as long as you are willing to skip shows and a few rides. Harry Potter will be the challenge since you can not use your pass for forbidden journey.
I was going to do the same as you however, I did not want to feel rushed so I finally decided to add an extra day to my vacation and steer off Disney property for the last 2 nights. I am going to try one of universal's resort (Portofino) so I can have early entry to HP and free express pass.

You can do most of the 2 parks.Not all and some of the shows and lesser attractions are very much worth seeing

DH and I did both parks in 1 day. We were there at rope drop and left at 5pm. We didn't have the express pass. We didn't watch any shows.
