Universal hours?

does universal ever adjust their hours like Disney does. Currently for the day we have planned to go (4/3) show 9am to 9pm. are these pretty much set in stone? thank you

that is the standard hours.
9:00 opening for the public

EE entry at 8:00 for onsite hotel guests for one park


always possible for hours to be adjusted when the parks will be full on specific time periods.
(such as summer and Christmas)
