Universal hotels to Busch and Seaworld

Does Universal run a bus service to Busch Gardens and Seaworld for non drivers who are staying on site?

If so, do you pay extra and does the Busch bus set off early enough and return late enough to make it worthwhile?

SeaWorld yes. Busch no.

You can get to Seaworld from Universal hotels, then from SeaWorld you can get to BG from thier shuttle.
