Where can I find the hotel room rates for Portifino and Hard Rock? And are the rates seasonal?

Can anyone tell me the price range? If it changed with the seasons like Disney's rates do than I'd want to go when it was lower. When I would go would depend on that.
Why don't they list it anywhere?

Check the loewshotels.com site. You can plug in dates and see all rates for the hotels. The rates take a hugh jump starting about Feb. 12 or so.
