Universal gift card balance

Is there anywhere on the universal site to check a gift card balance or do I have to call someone?

I can't find anything that will let me check my balance.

"How can I check the balance on my gift card?
Universal Orlando Resort Gift Card balances may be checked at any physical location where Universal Orlando Resort Gift Cards are sold or by calling the Universal Orlando Resort Gift Cards information line at 1-888-322-1565. Balances are not available online at this time. "
