Universal FOTL Questions?

We are debating about getting the FOTL tickets and have a few questions. We have been to the Florida Universal and with the hotel key you can get in the FOTL line anytime as many times as you want. How does it work in California? Is is a coupon for one time for each ride? or is it a pass that you can use over and over?

Also, the price has risen twice in the last two weeks. It was $79, then last week $89 and now it is at $99? YIKES! Does anyone know why?

we did it two years ago, and i think we got to do each ride once.......but it may have changed. One thing, because we were always the first to enter we usually had a view to the far left at attractions.
