Aahhh, what a great report. I loved seeing your pictures too. I don't know why you need the big seats on Hulk. Neither one of you look big at all. That was nice that you got your luggage. The car service people should have done that for you since it was their mistake.

I'm so sad I wasn't able to see you and your wife (or rpbert1 either) this trip.

Which car service did you use?
that is ridiculous they would charge again for another trip to get the baggage.
it was their fault to begin with......


let the general manager at RPH how gracious the manager was to you and picking up your luggage at the airport.
That was absolutely a class act on behalf of that manager !



i can't wait for your Friday episode of the trip.
i bet you were surprised to see Mr and Mrs Duck that day!!

Day 4
Since we had been doing the studios side first for most we decieded to start at IOA .
Of course first ride at IOA this day was Spiderman cause me and DW love the ride but this time she was putting her redillable mug in in the storage net and the TM tried closing the lap bar down on her arms and we had to yell wait a second and you thought there would be I am sorry but the guy looked at us like we were crazy but DW was not going to let that ruin her day.
Since it was just the two of us this year DW didn't have anyone to ride water rides cause I am not into them so we walked around enjoying the the park and going thru the shops .
we continued on and went into the discovery center and looked around and DW loved watching the kids playing around and you could tell she was missing our DS's so we head out and go to suess landing and rode cat in the hat cause it seems like a ritual now.
By this time it was about 12:30 and we both weren't very hungry so we headed back to the hotel to rest up for awhile.
After some rest and getting hungry cause it was about 5:00 pm we went and tried panda express and it was fairly cheap and surprised me on how cheap it was and DW got 2 chicken sides fried rice and a egg roll and large drink and I got the same except I didn't get the egg roll and the whole meal cost about $21.95 and was good except the fried rice was dry but other than that it was good.
After eating instead of doing the usual and heading back into the parks we decided to go and see the new tranformers movie at the theater.
After getting our tickets and going in I have seen the full bar they have and since we had a few mins decided to get us a drink and yep got a rum runner and DW got a margaritta and let me tell ya the drink was so strong the first sip burnt my lungs and thought the was no way we could finish these drinks before the movie starts and we headed to the theater the movie was in thinking we would be stopped but no one said a word to us.
Before the movie started Dw wanted popcorn so I went back out and got some for her and during the movie I swear it took me 45 mins to drink the rum runner since it was so strong but finally got it finished and we had a great time since this movie was 100% better than the new termanator movie.
By the time the movie was over the parks were closed so we headed back to the hotel and had a nice walk around and headed back to the room for the night.

Sounds like the trip is turning out great considering the crappy start!

I would have to agree with everyone else that the mgr was wonderful and above & beyond duty THAT is the service you pay for staying onsite.

I hope you enjoyed your 'honeymoon' and didn't miss the boys too much.....after all...there's always next year

isn't that the truth!sounds like u have the right attitude, after u overcame the 1st day, that is...i'd have been freaking

had to chuckle re ur DW & thinking of the kids while seeing one fish, two fish; i feel exactly the same when my older 2 DSs rn't with us on a trip
