Do they currently have this at USF? Will they have this or anything similar in March? Does everyone get to use it or only on site guests? Thanks for your help

Yes they do. Universal Express is for guests with multi-day tix and annual passes. On-site guests have F.O.T.L. (front of the line access) all day, everyday except for 1 fish, 2 fish, and Pteranodon Flyers. Click on the link for details.Universal Epress
