Universal Express pass sold out - question

I am working on my itinerary and I read that reading the price of the Universal Express Plus Pass is a good indicator of the crowd levels so I though I'd take a peek. (Staying on site, so not purchasing them, just using this along with the Undercover Tourists calendar as a tool)

For several of the days, it says the pass is "not available". Does this mean it sold out? (I am not sure if they limit the # for sale or how that works) And is that a really bad sign? lol!

Maybe it was a glitch. I went through like I was buying tickets and was able to pick any date in May/June/July for express pass.

How strange - nope, I used an older link I found on this board. This is what I clicked:
