Universal Express pass questions

We are leaving in a few days for our first visit to IOA and will be there during the VERY busy Thanksgiving day weekend! We will be going to the parks on either fri or Sat and I will be purchasing the Express pass because I know how BUSY it will be. If I pre purchase the express passes do I take my email confirmation to a Kiosk? or Guest Services? or do I use the paper email confirm? We already have Costco tickets and can go directly to the entrance with them - so I am just trying to figure this part out. I do not want to lose valuable time on such a busy day!!

The fastest way is print at home so you won't have to stand in any lines. If you don't have that option, choose electronic pick up at the kiosks. All you would need is the credit card used and the confirmation number provided.

Make sure you know which day you're going...Express Plus passes are date specific and non-refundable.

If I opt for the Kiosk - do I get a smaller ticket sized pass (vs my printout) ? and are the Kiosks available prior to opening? Do all Kiosks handle Express passes & regular tickets? or should I be looking for a special Kiosk?

You will get a regular ticket from the kiosks and they handle any park ticket and EP you order online through Universal's website. You will be looking for the Will Call kiosks near the regular ticket windows at both parks. It's very well marked. The kiosks will be open during ticket window hours.
