Universal "Express" ..... I don't think so!

About the locker situation, if anything like this happens again to anyone (not just the OP), go to Guest Services first not after 2 hours. If your locker is stuck and you have medication in it or if all your money is in there, then go to Guest Services first. Begging for money from the store or from other guests is way beyond what anyone should do. GS would have taken care of the money situation and also taken care of your daughter. First Aid is inside Guest Services lobby at IoA. They can call people to unlock the locker and also make sure you don't have to pay when it was stuck, and monitored your daughter's condition.
 
The most noticeable thing, in addition to the waste-of-time express passes was the rude nature of the employees. Maybe it's because we had been in Disney for 2 weeks before coming over to Universal but many of them were very rude and provided poor service.
Fact: Many Disney CMs work part-time at Universal. Many Universal TMs work part-time at Disney.
