Universal Express and plus?

I have two questions concerning universal express.
1. Is their a difference between the regular Express and the plus?
2. What is the price of the regular express and the plus?

Although I did notice that the plus is valid on some days but not on my vacation, so I would need to buy the express regular, right?

The "plus" is the one you purchase and can use 1 time per ride. The regular "express" is your hotel room key (if staying at RPR, HRH or PBH). Depending when you visit, depends IF you need to purchase the EP (if not staying onsite) and the purchase price (in peak time, summer for example, it can be $40+ )
