Universal equivalent of “Cast Compliment”

At WDW there’s the ability to leave positive feedback about a member of staff through the app. Does Universal offer something similar and, if so:
a) How do I do it?
b) Does it work for employees at the hotels too (and, if not, what do I do to leave praise for them)?

Go to Guest Services and you can fill out a comment card. The TM does get the feedback as we have done it many times.

At the hotel there should be a customer feedback email address to reply to for hotel staff. Ask at Concierge, they should be able to tell you.

Something quick and easy that I use is on Twitter. I tweet out: @UniversalORL #UOFistbump and then state the compliment and the TM’s name of whom it’s for. I’ve done this several times for TM’s who go above and beyond. Universal responds typically within minutes.

One time, after thanking a TM for the spontaneous magic he brought us, I told him I was sending out a “fist bump” for him and he seemed to know what I was talking about and he was very gracious.
 
Thanks for this info. I have several I wanted to compliment from our previous trips. I ended up including their names in a survey I got, but wasn't sure if that info would get to the people who needed to see it. I will try these other ways next week! I really want excellent TMs to get some sort of shout out.
 

Just for additional info on this - I wanted to submit a compliment about a team member on the water taxis that was just great. I sent an email to Guest Services. They emailed me back that they were happy to hear about it and they’d make sure that the feedback was documented and sent to the appropriate management team for review.
