Universal discount

Does anyone know if last year around this time if there was a discount to Universal? We will be there in early December. I know I just read about Florida residents getting unlimited for $79.99 and was curious if anyone thinks that they will do they same with non-residents as well....

I doubt there will be any other specials other than the $99.99 seven day ticket for non-residents. However...this is usually the time they offer friend/family tickets for 50% off for passholders. The one day two park ticket is something like $43.00 or so which is outstanding if you are planning on a single day.
