Universal - Desperate Housewives Wisteria Lane

I heard you can only go down Wisteria Lane on the Universal tour on weekends when they are not filming. Can anyone verify this??

This is true. If you take the tram ride then you drive down this street, they do it sometimes even if they are filming also if they are on break or inside the houses.
