I am going to Orlando in October and want to visit Universal CityWalk and check it out because I've never been there. I just plan to go to the shops and go out to eat at a restaurant for dinner. I had planned to go around 6pm. However, I'm wondering if CityWalk will be really busy because of people going to Universal Studios for Halloween Horrors Nights. What is CityWalk like in October during the evenings?

I don't notice anything different about City Walk. HHN is completely contained within the Studios park. As for busyness, I find there are more people in City Walk before HHN starts (people leaving parks, and people about to enter HHN there at the same time).

Only times I have had a longer wait for a table at one of the eateries at City Walk was on a Saturday when the parks closed early due to hhn.

With the studios closing at 5 and ioa at 8, easier to do dinner before 5:30

Other times of the week did not encounter long wait times for a table at City Walk
