Universal and Harry Potter

I will be making my first visit to Universal Orlando in Jan. '11. I am interested in any tips that can be offered.

(1) Transportation to/from Disney Resort and Universal? Do I need to call a cab or is there a better way? I will have 5 ppl to get to/from.

(2) Mythos Restaurant - anyone eaten here? Thoughts?

(3) Lines at Universal - how bad in January? Are the parks really only open from 9-5 in Jan?

Any other tips?

I was at the parks a couple days in January and I didn't find it to be too busy.

I'm pretty sure the parks closed at 6, though. But this was at the end of the month.
