A discussion in another thread has sparked this question. How many DVC units do each of the WDW DVC properties have?

BCV has about 213 VWL is close to 200 OKW is over 400 and SSR will have over 800 BW i think has 350-400..........that is all from memory.........i dont recall HH or VB but they are much smaller.............the answer can be found in the member book i know that for sure..........

Here are the number of units:

OKW - 531
VBR - 175
HHI - 102
BWV - 383
VWL - 136
BCV - 142
SSR - 800 (projected)

i think the BCV has more than that..........i asked last weekend and i was told the 213 number.........i dont know if it is right but that is what i was told

I pulled the numbers out of the Multi-Site POS 3/2002.

It depends on how they count the lockoffs. Some count the studio/1 bedroom lockoffs as 2 rooms, some count them as one 2 bedroom. The POS counts them as 1 room. The POS I have from 1999 shows 0 studios & 0 one bedrooms for OKW but 226 lockoff 2 bedrooms. So those 226 lockoffs could be 452 separate occupied rooms.

The reported numbers include 2BR's (both dedicated and lock-off), GV's and dedicated Studio and 1BR villas (if any). When you count the lock-off villas, the reservable rooms at each resort will be higher. In the case of BWV, this total will be about double the reported number, since there are only lock-off 2BR villas, 7 GV's and a few dedicated rooms.

At HH, there are 5 GV's, 76 dedicated 2BR villas and 21 lock-offs (no dedicated studios or 1BR's). The maximum number or reservable rooms would be 123 counting the lock-offs.
