I am booking my airfare today. All have very competitive fairs American being $10 higher. Is one any better than the other? US Airways has a disclaimer saying flight operated by United and interesting enough United is selling the same flight times - so I assume it is the same airplane. I have flown United and AA before. I prefer United. The airplanes have always been cleaner and less squeeky in flight ( it is unsettling when I hear the plan groaning like it is very old). AA flights also seem louder. BUT the AA flight seems to have times I prefer (leaving 9:50am get to Orland 1:50pm) so we would arrive just in time for check in. The others have me leaving 7:30am arriving around 11:30am so it gives us that limbo time where you eat, maybe swim etc waiting for your room).

What would you do? We plan to arrive on the 15th and go to the MVMCP at MK at 4pm the day we arrive. Grab CS at the resort before we leave. TIA!

The US Airways flight you're seeing is just them offering a flight on United, it will not be operated by US Airways.

As for choice, I personally prefer true US Airways and Continental for domestic. United is one of my last choices, just have found their airplanes in really poor condition and service severly lacking the times I've flown them. Unfortunately neither of my preferences are an option (again, the US Airways flight offered is not a US Airways flight). I have not flown American in years.

I am in Chicago where United is based. I think their service out of here is probably better for obvious reasons. I liked American last time we flew on them but their planes are very loud!
