United Express/Chautauqua Airlines

Has anyone ever flown with them before? I am close to booking a flight with them out of Toronto to Orlando. The only reason is because they have the times I'm looking for.

I get pretty nervous when I'm flying and always want to make sure I am flying on a plane that is safe and does not have a huge history of incidents or accidents.

Any reassurance would be lovely!

Well, I for one, HATE United Airlines. They change their flight times constantly. They are allowed to change them up to 50 minutes difference either way. My flight to Phoenix was changed 6 times in 2 and a half months. You are penalized heavily if you want to change your flight times or if you cancel your flights. Their customer service is horrible. There is an entire site dedicated to people's horror stories. Wish I had read it before I booked! (untied.com)
