Unique Request

I am putting together welcome bags together for a couples trip to WDW for my 40th and would like to include some packets of alka-seltzer. Wondering if anyone would be willing to tackle a wrapper of sorts. Perhaps with Mary Poppins on it and saying "a spoon full of sugar..". Any help would be great!

The packet is approx. 3 inches long X 2 inches wide.

Just realized you have stopped designing for awhile, so even more thanks for the cute design. I was sad because I am in LOVE with your Flat Epcot Mickey, was there ever a Minnie?
