hello there , we ate at O'Hana a couple months ago and my mother asked me if there was any chance I could find a recipe for the Cilantro Ginger dipping sauce. So I am wondering if there is any where I can go or any way to go about finding this recipe? even if there is someone at O'Hana I could contact?

i believe what you are looking for is the Honey Coriander dipping sauce.the recipe is as follows:
1/8 cup chili powder
1/4 cup ground ginger
lime zest(from 2 lime)
1/4 cup coriander
1 cup soy sauce
1 and 3/4 cup honey

heat in saucepan until hot. cool and serve.refrigerate any leftovers
