Unique/Fun hotel for last night in Orlando

I've finally got all of my WDW/Florida trip planned . Arrive 04/17 staying at ASMu Family Suite until 04/23. We'll then go on to Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, and Clearwater Beach (We are from Canada - have to get in as much beach time as possible! )

Next we will spend some time in Orlando doing SW/DC, etc just staying at a mid-range hotel. I thought it would be fun to find a really cool place to stay for the last night of our vacation. It doesn't make sense to go back to WDW and stay at a Deluxe since we won't be going to the parks, I've checked out the Nickelodeon hotel, but the reviews are terrible.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a fun, kid-friendly, cool place to stay on the last night of our vacation?

Thanks! I'll definitely look into that. A lazy river would be fun for the kids I'm sure.

Anyone else have any other suggestions of places to try? I'm still debating on whether or not to suck it up and just stay at the Nick Hotel for the kids. If it's just one night, I'm sure it can't be all that bad. I've heard the food is pretty bad - does anyone know what other dining options are nearby the hotel?
