Those are very cool, but only for 2 people, not 4 imo.

Once CCV gets refurbished and has murphys put in it’ll be a prettttty sweet studio to get.

The only GVs with more than 20 in a room category are OKW and SSR SV. AUL OV and Kidani Savanna come close.

VGC and VDH have 2 GVs.
Aulani has 8 hotel rooms.

I think the room categories with less than 20 available can be considered the unicorn rooms for sure. (Maybe certain gv)

If you up that to 23 then every single room at Grand Cal would qualify as a unicorn.

I think it needs to be 10 or less.

There’s 11 month hard and there’s 7 month hard. Beach club studios, VGC anything, BW view studios (usually), and OKW HH GV (also usually) are not 11 month hard like the rest are. They’re certainly 7 month hard.

We selected a main "inn" building studio room at Vero Beach this winter and were given what I believe was one of four available. The room was L shaped and must have been close to 900 square feet. In addition to the regular room amenities, it had a couple hundred square feet of emptiness.

I've found that any standard view studio is hard to get at 7 months except at the very high-volume resorts (eg SSR, BPK)

Yeahhh I probably should’ve made separate categories :X
