Unexpected trip!

The sad news first -- my father passed away a few weeks ago, he'd been quite ill for a long time. My parents were married for 59.5 years!

My mother lives in Florida and tonight she suggested we spend the holidays at Disney. So guess who got busy making reservations? It will be really good for my mom, and of course, dd and I will have a blast!

My dd (age 6) and I will fly to Florida on 12/22 and we'll drive to Disney with mom on the 23rd. I also booked our dining tonight and -- miracle of miracles -- we're having lunch at Cinderalla's Royal Table on the 25th!!! We're staying for 5 nights at the Wilderness Lodge.

First of all, I'm so sorry for your sadness in the loss of your father. I'm glad, however, that you will be able to have a very nice Christmas at WDW. How wonderful that you were able to book the dining reservations. I hope you have a fantastic time. Your mom, too!
