unexpected expenses on budget?

I have won a land/sea package and am I'm trying to make an all encomposing budget as possible.
I have included so far

• airport parking
• airport tipping
• hotels
• flight
• tickets
• meals
• mousekeeping tips
• dinner tips
• souveviers
• photopass
• alcohol
• cruise tips

Are there any other unexpected costs I'm not considering?

Perhaps medications (sinus, sea sickness, etc.) that your don't normally have to purchase. Also, we always include a laundry/cleaning amount for clothing that needs to be cleaned while we are gone or stains we don't want set in.
