We have a WDW trip scheduled in May that dd knows about. We had recently decided to ask Dh's mom to come with us for 4 nights at the Hard Rock and Universal studios in NOvember. DH who is not as big of a disney fan as me and dd, said no WDW we are going in May. OK I can accept that. US/IOA is cool and his mom hasn't been there, we were planning on leaving 11/28. November is typically a hard month for dh to take off. He came home this morning and said we could go the week of the 14th of November. Dd's bday is 11/18 and she always says her dream is to go to the MK on her bday and eat at LTT. We have always said that will never happen, b/c of dh's work mostly. Well now it could- I of course mentioned this to Dh and after checking it out we are going to check in to POR on Sat am early get to MK at opening take a hotel break in the afternoon go back for the LTT, wishes and spectro. My mom is spending her first winter in Fl and she and her DB will come for the MK day. So on dd's 9th bday she will get to be at the MK with both grandma's her dream come true. Now the question- How will the crowds be? If it will be packed I don't want to do it? That is not a MVMCP night. We've done mid August and managed the crowds fine. Any thoughts on what to expect? I hope I can manage to keep this a secret until we leave for the plane!
