Unexpected database entry......what does this mean?

It seems every Saturday and Sunday morning, I get this? No idea what it is, can anyone shed any light?

I work very early in the morning (4am) and have noticed the boards are never available (at least for me) in the morning until after 5am to so EST. Not sure why.

Yes the boards close down from ~4am to ~5:30am EST for maintenance.

Ahhhhhh, I imagined as such but always wondered. I'm in the UK and that's a good time for me to browse the boards at the weekends. Well, it would be Haha!
