I will forever sing the praises of Cartier Towncar service. They were great! We used them during the hurricans mess last Sept and they have spoiled us with great service!

I've had many friends that worked in tipped positions and complained about not receiving their tips or having their tips incorrectly reported by their employer. For this reason, I try to always tip in cash now, even when I've charged the meal or service. I have always been a good tipper, but I've noticed much bigger and more sincere thank yous when slapping down the cash.

That's to bad, we had great service from them.

I do admit, it is very confusing about the tips. On our first trip, we used cash and paid for the entire trip and the entire tip. Of course, being a rookie I never thought we wouldn't have the same driver. My mistake. I of course did tip the 2nd driver.

I now only tip in cash the actual driver.
