Undercover tourists ticket delivery to ontario

undercover tourist can ship universal tickets to Canada in 12 days according to their website. This is just a couple of days before I leave for my trip. Anyone have experience with ticket delivery times? I live in London ontario.

I just ordered mine early this week - received my tickets for Universal today in the mail!!! Surprised at how fast they were. When I ordered they estimated they'd arrive in and around May 20th, but actually arrived in just a few days. I'm in Mississauga, Ontario. Hopefully the same will happen for you.

I was going to say the same thing. We ordered tickets last time we went in 2012 and was surprised that they arrived in around 3 days, we're in Guelph. I haven't booked tickets yet for this years trip. Trying to spread the cost and gage the dollar before spending all at once!

Yep, us too. We ordered tickets earlier this year and they arrived within a week. Totally happy with their service!

We've purchased tickets from Undercover Tourist for our last few trips (we're in Ottawa) and have always received them way before 12 days.

We'll purchase our tickets from them for 2016 as well. Mousesavers subscribers get an extra discount (small but what the heck....) so it may be worthwhile to sign up for their newsletter.

We have always had great experiences with them. Usually 3-4 days. But we did find their turnaround became much longer one year when we ordered around the time WDW ticket prices went up and they had a supply at the previous year's prices. Their Canadian office is located in Toronto and tickets are sent by post with a regular stamp...same turnaround time as regular mail.

Finally got round to ordering my tickets for US & IOA from Undercover and received them in less than a week. Terrific service from them.

Just an update: I wanted two weeks and still had not received my tickets. I emailed Undercover Tourist and they were great. They simply emailed me a photocopy of my tickets and asked me to take them to Guest Services and they re-issued me my tickets. I got home and my tickets arrived two weeks later. They must have got re-directed or stuck at customs.

That's really odd. My tickets have always come super fast, and they come from a Canadian address so I don't think it would be customs that was the issue. I imagine they were lost or stolen out of the mail.
I'm glad to hear it was resolved to your satisfaction. I've always found their customer service excellent.
