Trying not to panic but my tickets haven't arrived. They were mailed a week ago Thursday. They said expected delivery by April 10. This is really cutting it close. Yes my mail has come for today. Has anyone else had this happen?

Did UT also send you email confirmation? You can link those #s to your MDX Account.

I just now saw the tracking option. I had looked first thing this morning and had missed it. That's what I get when I try to do important stuff before my morning coffee. :surfweb: It looks like they attempted on Friday but did not have access. Makes me wonder if they need someone to sign for them.

I received mine 2 days ago in the regular mail box. My delivery date was for April 18. All in all it was 5 business days from the time they mailed them to me receiving them. I live in Canada.

Have you contacted UT? That's going to be more helpful than posting here.

Waiting for one more day. I know if I call they will say "Delivered by April 10" you idiot (I'm the idiot, not you:drinking:).

That's odd as I am in the US about half way to Canada.

Is there any catch to ordering from undercover tourist? We're planning on going in December 2019 and there are 4 day tickets (1 day free) for a total of 5 days and it would save us $83.49. We could even the +2 days free and have an extra day in the park. If I bought now through Disney, it states our first day of use has to be by December 31, 2019, which is fine for us. Is that the same for UT? How are tickets from UT refundable but Disney world ones aren't?

I guess the big catch would be if you are staying on property or not. I'm not. I do believe UT has a restocking fee if you do return them. I'm also a little stressed about them not arriving on time. Other than that I think UT is a great option. This will be my first time using them for Disney. I did use them for US a few years ago.

We purchase all of our tickets through UT and have never had any issues. Generally speaking yes, the "expiry" is the same as buying directly. We purchased tickets for our May 2018 trip in February 2017. They have to be used by Dec 31 2018. I chose "electronic" tickets (I think these are the kinds that cannot be refunded?) and linked those to our MDE account. No issues.

Thank you! We are staying off property, so this may be the way to go! Is there an undercover traveler board on here anywhere? I'd love to hear from more people who use it.

Well today is April 9th and your expected delivery date is April 10th. Expected delivery date means just that so why are you panicking, it hasn't even gotten to the date yet? UT gives you a tracking number so you can see where your package is if you're that anxious. I would start to worry on April 11th if your tickets didn't arrive or if your package is in a completely different state as USPS sometimes delays delivery by a day from their expected delivery date. Chill out and worry about other things.

I purchased in February for June trip and I am staying onsite. Four adult(DD’s are 11 & 12) 10 day PH with water parks and more for right around $2,000ish. I couldn’t beat that price anywhere! Purchased and linked to MDE in a matter of minutes! Would absolutely do it again!

TONS of us have used Undercover Tourist for YEARS with no issues. They are an authorized re-seller with great customer service. Do a search of the boards and you'll find tons of threads about how great they are.

Tell me more about how to purchase and link to MDE in a matter of minutes. I thought I had to have them in hand and I didn't see any numbers on my receipt. It looks like you have the ability to scan them once you have them in hand.

You can order "e-Tickets" which means what you get will be the ticket numbers to put into your MDX account.

Also, UT can email you the ticket numbers of even the hard tickets that you purchased.

So, actually receiving the hard tickets (if they are somehow "lost in the mail") is not an actual necessity in order to book FP and get into the parks.

Thank you. That is a relief. They still have not arrived. Ugh! I called UT but forgot about the difference in time and they were already closed. I have sent a request to USPS to attempt delivery tomorrow. My daughter should be home to sign for them....I hope. If not I will need to pick up at USPS. My mail service sucks. I am often getting neighbors mail and vice versa. I got to know a few neighbors at Christmas time as we thought it was safer to track each other down. I can't believe there hasn't been an attempt to redeliver since Friday.:mad::mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

We've used UT many times, but this trip was the first time we had to sign. I just went to the post office (we live in a very small city) and picked mine up there with the little "missed delivery" note. Easy, easy. In the past, our tickets were under $1200, this time the value was almost $1800. I wouldn't just leave that in someone's mailbox either.

Yeah, I didn't get one of those "missed delivery" notices.

I ordered two separate batches of tickets through UT in February and they were all left in my box. My dds friend, who is coming with us ordered and his were not left in his box (he wasn't home at the time) in another state. He lives in an apartment and we figured it had something to do with the shared mail room. He was able to go to the post office the next day and get them.

I've ordered from UT for years, both on-site and offsite stays and never had an issue. I highly recommend them to everyone I know who is planning a trip.

It doesn't sound like UT has anything to do with you not having the tickets. The post office tried to deliver them and they have them, from what you've posted. It's the post office issue, not UT. I would keep calling the post office and see what's up. Especially if you know they tried to deliver them last Friday and your mail carrier didn't leave a note. That's nuts.
