Is this a reliable Company to get your Tickets ? I get really nervous about ordering online

I've used them for every DIsney trip we've taken in recent memory. They're GREAT! Decent discount, good customer service, and very fast turn around times.

I can't imagine they'd be any different for Universal tix. In fact, I'll be ordering our tix for IOA in a couple months...

Just don't open the plastic bag the tickets come in until you verify they are correct. It prints the options you purchased on the back to verify. If you open the package then it voids the refund.

Has anyone ever picked their tickets up at the UT office? How close are they to USF?

I LOVE UT! They are so fast.

If I order directly from Universal, I always pick up our Universal tickets at the will call machines in front of the parks. If we use UT (always now), we just have them shipped. No issues whatsoever.

they are great and stand behind their tickets.

I"ve gotten them in as little as 3 days (from ordering) and as many as 7 days. It's NEVER taken longer than that, and is usually much closer to the 3 days.

Sorry, I know this post is over 2 weeks old but we got our tickets from UT 3 days after I placed my order. They were delivered with USPS delivery confirmation.

I have to chime in also. I couldn't believe how fast I got my passes!! I do believe it was within 3 days. I didn't even have time to think about it and they were in my mailbox.
