Has anyone had any problems with buying tickets through Undercover Tourist?

I just ordered tickets through them and had no problems at all. Well, the only problem I did have was my own stupidity. They tell you that the tickets will come in a plain envelope and I knew that, so I was looking for a plain letter size envelope in the mail. They came in a small white padded envelope and somehow I missed it because it was in DH's name (I don't open his mail). He never opened it, and I forgot about it, so I kept fretting that we'd never get the tickets.

No problems here, either. I ordered my tickets at the beginning of the month and received them in plenty of time for my trip on Friday.

I just ordered tickets from them last week on Monday or Tuesday, and I got them on Friday. It was a lot quicker than I expected, and the free shipping offer makes it a better deal.

no problem here either - except on my own end. waited so long to buy them i paid for the expedited shipping $5. got them very quickly!

I have used them several times - the tickets always come in a timely manner and are good tickets! Use them with confidence!

Ordered our tickets last Wednesday and got them on Monday! Was surprised they came so fast. This was our first time ordering from them and have to say I'm very pleased. The designs on the tickets are so cute too!

Agreed. I just ordered with them for the first time last week and already have the ticket! And I think they were cheaper than any of the other resalers.

Just ordered mine on Monday for the first time so I am anxious to see how fast I get them. Hopefully Friday cuz I am so exciting about our trip and I really want to see them. This was the very last thing I had to do, so now it is official, we are going

I had no problem with them. I ordered tickets from them for our March '07 vacation. Got the tickets in less than 2 weeks. One member of my family wasn't able to go, so we returned the unused ticket. They took out 5% of the ticket price.
