Undercover tourist wait times

I have this app on my phone for US and IOA wait times.....does anyone know how accurate it is?????

I will be at the parks March 7-11....I will be keeping track and I will leave a post with my findings! Also, I will be reporting daily on WWOHP crowd levels. I have to give back...these boards are the BEST!!!

Remember that it is only as accurate as those people who are there reporting. That app is supplied by users and not by the park itself.

It does seem like a good app and fairly accurate... but personally I like the "Lines" app better for wait times. The Undercover Tourist app says it updates once per day which makes me wonder how it updates info on the fly about ride times. Also, with Lines, you can actually see when and who are posting new info as it is added, where with UT's app, you can enter updates, but I don't see anywhere where I can see that info. It is helpful to see the "formula" based times, but then to see times as they happen. For example, on Lines there are times it will tell you a ride just reported closed (breakdown or soething) which is very handy to know

Actually the app says wait times are determined by "2,000,000 wait time data points" and people then add their ongoing info to that data to "enhance " it. Sounds like they use a system similar to "Lines" where empirical data is used to estimate times first.
