Undercover Tourist Tickets

Has anyone had experience purchasing WDW tickets from Undercover Tourist? Or Maple Leaf?

We have used underover tourist twice now and no problems. If you sign up on mousesavers.com they have a newsletter each month that gives you a link to Undercover. There is a discount if you use the newsletter link.

I have used undercover which was fine but got even better prices with ticketmania. They often have a "members only" url to order from that they put out int the allears newsletter that has even lower prices.

We just received WDW tickets ordered from Undercover Tourist. They are paper tickets. Does anyone know if we can add these tickets to our DVC room keys at check-in? If not, can they be exchanged for plastic tickets?
