Undercover tourist tickets question

I just purchased a ticket from undercover tourist and my boyfriend accidentally got it mailed to the house instead of an e-ticket, do they still send you an email with your ticket number or do you have to wait for it to come in the mail? We leave in two weeks and I need to make his fast passes!!!! Help!

When I ordered our tickets (mailed)earlier this year, I only got a confirmation email. The ticket numbers weren't on the email. If you can call them before they are shipped, maybe they can help you.

I've always had to wait for them too. They do come pretty quickly though.
